Cercis glabra 'Sijichun-5', the stem light color, the stem twigs are densely pilose, bark gray white, than "four seasons spring 1" color light;

New leaves are densely pilose, branches are more white pilose, leaf blade is larger, leaf shape is longer, new and old leaves are densely pilose, adaxial surface is less than abaxial surface, both sides of vein base and main vein have pilose, petiole adaxial surface is red and abaxial surface is green;

The flowers are butterfly shaped and rose red, similar to "Sijichun 1", and the corolla is small. The flowering period is 4-5 days longer than that of "Sijichun 1" from the end of March to the beginning of April, and the amount of flowers is sparse.

Pod elongate, fruit in September.
